Quotes

Written quotes are valid for 30 days. Because every product is made to your measurements, pricing depends on the final measured sizes, which may differ slightly from an initial estimate given over the phone.

Orders and deposits

A 50% deposit is required to place a custom order. The balance is due on completed installation. Custom-manufactured goods cannot be returned or exchanged once production has started, except where they are defective or do not match the agreed specification.

Installation

We install during agreed appointment windows and ask that the window areas be accessible. If a return visit is needed because access was not available, a call-out fee may apply.

Warranty

Five years on mechanisms, motors and fabric defects, including our labour. Motor batteries carry a two-year warranty. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, alteration, or cleaning methods outside our care guidance.
